Discussed Camp Activities i.e. funraisers like Cook outs, Decided on having our next one on the 8th of Jan 2005
The Speaker for the nite was Harry Bennett and he gave a short talk on Doctor Town & the past Confederate Memorial Day at his Church Memorial Babtist Church Jesup GA where him and Tom Lavender served as Ushers dressed in Confederate Gray, Like his Granfather Chaplin Bennett went bare footed.

Old Bussiness: Lite bill for the Flagpole for December was 24$
Brian Tyler mentioned that he had mowed the grass at the cemetary 2 weeks ago.
New Business:
Motion from the floor to have the monthly meeting at the Hortense Community Center on the 1st Thurs of the Month.
-Was voted on and Passed.
Motion from the floor to have the fundraiser (cookouts) on the 1st Saturday after the Monthly meeting.
J.A. Huey Ham mentioned the upcoming Brantley Co. Historical Society Picture book and that individuals could purchase a page @ 10$ for their family pictures to be included in the Book see the Judge for more info
The Admendments from last months elections were out of order according to camp by laws but left passed do to their timeliness. All future Amendments must be brought up before the meeting at least 15 days per bylaws.
Motion from the floor "to Give Notice of Bylaw changes at one meeting and vote on them the following meeting the next month"
-was voted on and passed
