Which is better, a small dedicated camp with little effect nationaly or a large camp with more national effect?

Why can't we have both? Why doesn't everybody promise themselves to do just a little more for the cause? Don't you think your ancestor deserves a little more effort? If he had of thrown up his hands and quit, you wouldn't even be here.
